They are composed of <strong>fifteen (15) banks<\/strong> and <strong>nine (9) brokerage and intermediation firms (SGIs)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The ranking is established on a <strong>100-point scale<\/strong>, broken down as follows:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:list -->\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>50 points<\/strong> for participation in auctions;<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>35 points<\/strong> for presence on the secondary market;<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\n\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\n<li><strong>15 points<\/strong> for quality of service.<\/li>\n<!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/ul>\n<!-- \/wp:list -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Please find below the <strong>full 2024 overall ranking of SVTs<\/strong> on the <strong>WAEMU government securities market<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reminder<\/strong><\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The <strong>regional market for government securities issued by auction<\/strong> brings together several stakeholders involved in financing <strong>WAEMU Member States<\/strong>, including <strong>issuers, market intermediaries, investors and partners<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Among these intermediaries, certain <strong>banks<\/strong> and <strong>brokerage and intermediation firms (SGIs)<\/strong> hold the status of <strong>Treasury Securities Specialists (SVTs)<\/strong>.
